Get a Writing Help of Pictures
All students are familiar with one unpleasant situation. You have to write something and have no idea of what to write about. You pace from corner to corner, your brains are boiling but there are still no useful ideas. You are in despair because the whole work stands still. You feel that you will not do without writing help.
Calm down, there is one good way to come across ideas. Take a picture. Only think about it. When you have a look at any picture, different thoughts appear in your mind automatically. All the pictures and photos especially, have some meaning and the reason why the author have made them. This will be a great writing help.
So, here are some tips for you on the effective use of pictures as a writing help.
- Find a picture or a photograph and look at it. First try to get you general impression. What are the emotions that this picture arouses? Are they positive or negative or just neutral?
- Now start thinking over the plot of the picture. What is happening there? If this is a picture with people, think who the main characters are, what the relations between them are. If, for instance, these people are talking, think what the conversation may be about. You can even imagine what has happened before this conversation and what the possible outcomes are.
- Pay attention to the details. Sometimes it is details that have some hidden meaning but it can be important for understanding the picture.
- The main thing you should not forget is pen and paper. You will have lots of ideas. So, in order not to miss something you have to write everything down.
- There is one more good advice. You can discuss a picture with somebody. The other person may have the ideas that are different to yours. Thus, you can share the opinions and it can also help you to define the particular problem which you will devote your writing to.
From my point of view, pictures are perfect writing help. It is a great way to generate the ideas for any kind of writing.
